WWW - Ranita, you do begin to show an awareness of the conventions and you use an appropriate layout and include appropriate features. Some consideration of appropriate colours. EBI - The image doesn't really work. Firstly, it's black on black and so is not particularly clear. I think it would be better if you used a different background. Go back to your research on horror posters and consider what type of backgrounds are generally used. The cloaked figure is not very clear - this on its own does not provide enough clues as to what the plot is about. The figure in the film is in a white sheet so again I am not sure why you have chosen to use black in this instance - it doesn't link to the film. At the moment it looks like an example of someone wearing a sheet over their head and doesn't really appear to be very scary. You need to provide your audience with a clearer hint about the possession and the effects of it. The mise en scene of the old, bloody house would make for a better background and the cloaked figure needs changing. The font and the use of colour works well, although I'm not sure why you have used red for the strap line - this is why you needed to have more evidence of your decisions so these things could have been explained. Try and address the audience in the strap line - Do you dare to walk in?
